To rent a long-term property:

1. Fill out an application. You can pick it up at 188 Highway 50, Round Hill, Nevada. Or we can mail it to you.
2. Pay a credit check fee of $25.00.
3. Selective Properties will check previous landlord references, current employment references and verify your bank account. Usually, we require that our applicants have been locally employed for a period of at least 1 year.
4. If approved, complete the Residential Rental Agreement, pay the first month rent, pay the security deposit and pick up your keys.
